Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales made on TheDigitalProducts.shop are final. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.

2. EXCEPTIONS – DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS ISSUES

We understand that technical issues may arise. If you experience any of the following problems, we will work with you to resolve them:

✅ You are unable to access the purchased file.
✅ The file is corrupted or not opening properly.

3. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Since we clearly state our no-refund policy before purchase, filing a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid reason will be considered a violation of our terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence of your purchase and agreement to this policy.

  • Ban users who file fraudulent chargebacks from purchasing in the future.

  • Take legal action if necessary.
